  • Monday–Thursday — 6 hours — $1,300
    Friday–Sunday — 6 hours — $1,750

    Peak Months: May–June & Sept–Oct

    Friday & Saturday — 6 hours — $6,000

    Your time frame includes set-up, decorating, event time, and clean-up.
    Prices include pre-set tables and chairs.

    Sunset Ranch bartenders are required for any event serving alcohol.

    If you prefer a full-service bartending company, you may use one of the three approved vendors:

    Polished Pour Bartending
    Top Shelf Bartending

    Beer, Wine & Seltzer — $40 per hour
